  • 400g Self-raising white flour
  • 50g Cocoa powder
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1½tsp Chocolate extract

  • 200g Butter (unsalted)
  • 600g Icing sugar
  • 80g Cocoa powder
  • 80ml Milk (whole)

12 INCH TIER CAKE

  • 680g Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
  • 680g Butter (unsalted)softened
  • 600g Self-raising white flour
  • 80g Cocoa powder
  • 1½tsp Baking powder
  • 2tsp Chocolate extract
