Classic Cake with 3 Floors

INGREDIENTS

  • 630 g / 22 oz sugar
  • 525 g / 18.5 oz flour
  • 260 ml / 9 fl oz milk
  • 8 g / 0.3 oz baking powder
  • 7 eggs
  • 190 g / 7 oz chopped walnuts

For the syrup:

  • 250 ml / 9 fl oz water
  • 335 g / 12 oz white chocolate
  • 50 ml / 1.8 fl oz brandy
  • Flavouring to taste (lemon, cinnamon, orange, vanilla)

For the filling and topping:

  • 340 g / 12 oz white chocolate
  • 900 ml / 32 fl oz cream
