Emile Henry Flame Peach Cobbler 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches
TOPPING:
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Half-and-half cream

Temperature: 350 ° F

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place peaches in Emile Henry Flame Stewpot (4.2 qt. recommended), sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with cake mix (dry, directly from box). Then gently pour over with Lemon Lime Soda. 

  2. Place on your charcoal or gas grill. Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or to a golden brown.
     
  3. Oven - Cover and cook for 60 mins at 350 degrees.
