Carrot Cake


  • 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2/3 cup of carrot juice
  • 1 ½ cup of milk

To add at the end:

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese 


  1. Grate the carrot into the Rice&Grain Cooker and add the rest of the ingredients. 

  2. Stir with the spoon, cover and cook in the microwave at 800W for 7 minutes. 

  3. Stir again, cover and leave to stand for 1 minute. 

  4. Add cream cheese and stir. 

  5. Serve hot.
