Spanish Omelette


  • 115 g of onion (1 small onion)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons of water Salt 
  • 300 g of potatoes (3 small potatoes) 
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk


  1. Chop the onion and place it into the Spanish Omelette along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt. 

  2. Stir, close and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 W. 

  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them in the container along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 

  4. Stir, close and microwave for 5 minutes more. 

  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl along with 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt. Pour into container and distribute evenly. 

  6. Microwave for 3 minutes, turn the Spanish Omelette over and microwave 1 additional minute at 800 W.
